How does the commissary kitchen work?

What is the capacity & square footage?
There is over 400 sq foot of kitchen space available which can comfortably provide adequate space for a team of up to 6 people.
The event space capacity is 60 people.
Do I need a business license?
Yes, you need to be licensed, insured*, registered, and inspected by the state of PA to use the kitchen.
*1 million general liability insurance.

What storage is available?
There is a 27-gallon lockable storage container provided to each kitchen rental tenant.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Deposit for event space rental is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled.
Are private deliveries allowed?
Yes, kitchen rental tenants may have private deliveries made but must be taken the same day.
May I bring helpers?
Yes, 16yrs or older.
What are the cleaning requirements?
All cleaning and sanitations supplies will be provided, but you are responsible for leaving area clean.
Is there a security System?
Yes, there are security cameras inside and outside of the facility
How many vehicles are allowed?
There are 26 car spaces available and more that can be made available upon advance request.
What equipment is available?
There is a complete commercial kitchen available for use to our commercial commissary kitchen rental tenants only. Please contact us for a site visit to see all equipment included.
