Commissary Kitchen
What is a commissary kitchen?
A commissary kitchen is an established commercial kitchen that is rented out to food service owners for them to prepare food for their customers. Our commissary kitchen is fully prepped with all the equipment you would require preparing your food.
Why rent a commissary kitchen?
If you’re a current or soon to be food truck owner, established or start-up baker or caterer, or pop-up restaurant owner, you understand how difficult it can be to prep and store food supplies with limited space and resources. On top of that, it can be difficult to expand a business when there’s literally no room to do so. Fortunately, this limitation does not have to hole you back; commissary kitchens can solve all your space issues and offer extra benefits that you didn’t know you needed.
Willie Mae’s Place has all commercial grade equipment available. Everything from large grills and ovens, to pots, pans, utensils, and prep areas.
