What is a commissary kitchen?
A commissary kitchen is an established commercial kitchen that is rented out to food service owners for them to prepare food for their customers. Our commissary kitchen is fully prepped with all the equipment you would require preparing your food.

Willie Mae’s Place has all commercial grade equipment available. Everything from large grills and ovens, to pots, pans, utensils, and prep areas.

Now you can rent your very own commissary kitchen with our low cost and flexible options, without having to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars purchasing all the equipment needed or having to pay thousands of dollars to rent an entire facility when you may only need to use it for a few hours every week.
We have two great packages: our 15 hours package which gives you 15 hours of kitchen usage that you can split your hours throughout the month for $300.00 or our 30-hour package which gives you an even better rate for 30 hours’ worth of kitchen time that you can split up throughout the month. 6-month leases only. What is the capacity & square footage?
There is over 400 sq foot of kitchen space available which can comfortably provide adequate space for a team of up to 6 people.
The event space capacity is 60 people.
Do I need a business license?
Yes, you need to be licensed, insured*, registered, and inspected by the state of PA to use the kitchen.
*1 million general liability insurance.

What storage is available?
There is a 27-gallon lockable storage container provided to each kitchen rental tenant.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Deposit for event space rental is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled.
Are private deliveries allowed?
Yes, kitchen rental tenants may have private deliveries made but must be taken the same day.
May I bring helpers?
Yes, 16yrs or older.
What are the cleaning requirements?
All cleaning and sanitations supplies will be provided, but you are responsible for leaving area clean.
Is there a security System?
Yes, there are security cameras inside and outside of the facility
How many vehicles are allowed?
There are 26 car spaces available and more that can be made available upon advance request.
What equipment is available?
There is a complete commercial kitchen available for use to our commercial commissary kitchen rental tenants only. Please contact us for a site visit to see all equipment included.

Yes, we love wholesale orders, and we can provide any size order needed for our seafood seasoning, dry rub, and crab dip packs. Contact us for special wholesale rates!
